This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement annual district and individual dealer strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance and increasing market share.
• Relay customer and dealer requirements to the relevant departments within the company.
• Propel product sales, branding efforts, and market entry.
• Address order and retail inquiries promptly.
• Recognize and tackle territory challenges with innovative solutions.
• Conduct quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with key dealers.
• Examine sales data and dealer action plans to inform strategic modifications.
• Promote the execution of dealer Action Plan initiatives.
• Articulate the value proposition of the company's financial offerings.
• Create and administer dealer training programs and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Dealer Recruitment Manager to attract, onboard, and nurture new dealers.
• Arrange district sales training sessions focused on new products and competitive positioning.
• Mentor and assist both new and existing sales specialists.
• Work alongside marketing and product teams to craft customer messaging and materials.
• Travel is expected to be around 75% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales.
• A minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales and marketing is required.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing sales territories.
• Strong critical thinking skills to make effective business decisions.
• Commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
• Expertise in negotiation techniques and strategies.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with internal functions, field service teams, and financial counterparts.
• Advanced verbal communication skills for conducting sales meetings, presentations, and dealer negotiations.
• Capability to write detailed sales proposals, contracts, and business plans.
• Proficient in conveying complex sales strategies and market insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in effective communication skills.
• Capacity to collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging and materials.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Approximately 75% travel is necessary.
