District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth and market expansion within the territory.

• Support the components division, which includes MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.

• Engage in direct sales to subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors.

• Create and execute marketing plans that encompass customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue objectives.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems.

• Comprehend key customers’ business operations and the drivers of account performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Report directly to the Regional Manager.

• Oversee the California market territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and/or sales management.

• Background in commercial construction and/or building materials.

• Preferred experience with pre-engineered metal buildings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships.

• Flexibility to leverage business opportunities effectively.

• Capacity to analyze market conditions and competition, developing strategic responses accordingly.

• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficient in working with Operating Systems.

• Willingness to travel 50%–60% of the time, including 2–3 overnight stays per week.
