This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Develop and oversee a team of Sales Representatives, encompassing both full-time and part-time employees.
β’ Supervise Sales Representatives and enhance sales performance in Big Box and Grocery accounts.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for Sales Representatives, offering sales support, training, and merchandising execution for clients.
β’ Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions for the team.
β’ Oversee team training, scheduling, visit execution, reporting, and overall performance against goals.
β’ Assess field performance results and set both team and individual performance targets.
β’ Analyze data and devise strategies to meet district and program objectives.
β’ Offer field insights and competitive intelligence to clients and field teams.
β’ Provide ongoing communication, coaching, mentoring, and support for individuals and groups.
β’ Adjust to evolving business environments and ensure that field operations meet or surpass client expectations.
β’ Build strong relationships with store associates and management.
β’ Monitor field team performance, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
β’ Maintain regular communication with the Regional Field Manager.
β’ Execute additional assigned responsibilities.
β’ 3-5+ years of relevant management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales, and/or field marketing.
β’ Prior experience in retail sales and merchandising management within Grocery and "big box" settings is highly preferred.
β’ A home office space with internet connectivity is mandatory.
β’ Proficient computer skills with expertise in internet usage, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
β’ An innate ability to lead a team in a way that fosters team morale and meets objectives.
β’ A personable and professional demeanor with the capability to form relationships swiftly.
β’ Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
β’ Provide daily updates to the supervisor regarding field issues, including critical problems, representative turnover, and program challenges, using solution-oriented communication.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Possession of a valid driverβs license is required.
β’ Willingness to travel within and beyond your designated territory as necessary.
β’ Compliance with mask-wearing is required when working in the field.
β’ Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
β’ Flexible work arrangement from a home office.
β’ A home office space with internet connectivity is required.
