District Manager, South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Drive profitable sales growth across a designated geographic area comprising multiple stores.

• Maintain responsibility for the district's key financial outcomes.

• Lead and cultivate the store management team by fostering a high-performing environment.

• Select, develop, coach, mentor, motivate, and guide store management teams.

• Communicate business objectives and financial targets effectively.

• Analyze district performance and provide insights to the regional director.

• Formulate district sales strategies to ensure sustained profitable growth.

• Guide store teams to achieve sales and payroll budget objectives.

• Promote a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.

• Ensure the consistent implementation of brand visual standards.

• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to ensure policy compliance and achieve shrink goals.

• Foster open communication and manage associate performance and development.

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 5-7 years of multi-unit experience in retail is required.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to develop competitive and innovative strategies and plans.

• Proven history of selecting high-performing talent and creating effective development plans.

• Capability to present information and address queries from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret moderately complex financial reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to additional internal applications.

• Ability to facilitate and present programs, processes, and concepts to groups of managers.

• Extensive knowledge of the retail landscape with the ability to accurately identify trends.

• Capacity to inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations.

• Willingness and ability to travel.
