This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee commercial operations within field teams to enhance sales in a designated territory.
β’ Develop, execute, and relay the District Sales Plan.
β’ Track progress towards sales objectives.
β’ Organize in-field initiatives to meet established targets.
β’ Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top-line and bottom-line outcomes.
β’ Ensure effective collaboration for daily and long-term business operations.
β’ Establish the tone and rhythm for business processes and organizational structure.
β’ Provide market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
β’ Advocate for in-field meetings.
β’ Attain expert knowledge of products, disease states, and managed care information.
β’ Guide, mentor, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
β’ Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and performance expectations.
β’ Offer direction and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning.

β’ Preferred bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.
β’ A minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered.
β’ Possess business analysis and planning expertise that drives sales performance.
β’ Maintain compliance with safety and compliance standards.

β’ Valid driver's license is required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
β’ Must reside within a reasonable distance from the primary city.
