This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee commercial operations within field teams to boost sales in a designated region.
β’ Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
β’ Organize in-field efforts to achieve desired outcomes and set targets.
β’ Leverage market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line performance.
β’ Ensure seamless collaboration for daily operations and long-term business execution.
β’ Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
β’ Present insights on market and franchise/business perspectives while leading teams and facilitating in-field meetings.
β’ Attain expertise in products, disease states, and managed care information.
β’ Mentor and develop both direct and indirect team members through coaching and education.
β’ Hold direct reports accountable for expected behaviors and performance standards.
β’ Provide guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning sessions.

β’ A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
β’ A minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered.
β’ Strong business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.
β’ Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager.
β’ Good standing regarding safety and compliance standards.
β’ Currently meeting performance expectations.
