This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Drive aftersales performance within a specified region.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement GM Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and boost revenue.
• Utilize data-driven insights, operational expertise, and consultative influence to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Take ownership of district performance in terms of revenue, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
• Counsel dealer leadership and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Propel revenue growth and meet KPIs through CCA programs and initiatives.
• Oversee standardized dealer contact processes that align with dealer priorities and GM objectives.
• Evaluate dealership marketing and merchandising strategies and suggest enhancements to increase service lane traffic.
• Formulate and implement annual Business Plans.
• Assess dealership performance, identify trends, and execute targeted operational enhancements.
• Independently manage priorities and make decisions that drive business results.
• Address aftersales customer concerns related to SPAC, CAC, TAC, goodwill, warranty, and policy inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs, including SRT objectives, NPS, customer retention, STS compliance, and EV training and compliance.
• Leverage expertise in automotive parts and service systems, dealership operating reports, fixed operations analysis tools, profit department structures, and consultative selling.
• Report directly to the Zone Manager, Parts and Service.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and business acumen, particularly in service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to various locations within the territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Must currently reside in the territory or be willing to relocate to Minnesota or an approved surrounding area within 60 days of starting the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work without GM immigration sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Capability to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
