This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
β’ Act as the main representative and advocate for OnStar, GM connected services, loyalty, and subscription offerings within an assigned dealer network.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with dealer principals, general managers, sales leaders, and service leaders.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between OnStar, GM vehicle brands, and designated dealerships.
β’ Mentor and influence dealership teams to enhance adoption, customer engagement, loyalty, and overall business performance.
β’ Conduct monthly and quarterly performance evaluations utilizing data and analytics.
β’ Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on dealer action plans aimed at continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
β’ Monitor performance metrics at the Dealer, District, Zone, and Region levels against monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
β’ Create and deliver live training sessions in-dealership and virtually on OnStar, My GM Rewards, GM Rewards Credit Card, connected vehicle technologies, and customer onboarding.
β’ Resolve issues related to OnStar, the GM mobile app, and internal platforms.
β’ Ensure customers receive effective setup, enrollment, and ongoing engagement with connected services.
β’ Collaborate with teams in Vehicle Sales, Service & Marketing, Fleet and Commercial Sales, OnStar Digital Services, and Loyalty.
β’ Assist with product and feature launches while aligning GM and dealer marketing and messaging.
β’ Address dealer and customer satisfaction concerns.
β’ Provide field feedback on programs, tools, and processes to enhance dealer and customer support.
β’ Travel frequently within the assigned territory, with travel expectations ranging from 50% to 90%.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Capacity to meet business needs across various time zones, including some weekends and holidays.
β’ Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Ability to utilize and troubleshoot technology platforms, mobile applications, and subscription services.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
β’ Must currently reside within the territory or be prepared to relocate to Alabama or a designated surrounding area within 60 days of the start date.
β’ Must reside in an approved city within the assigned territory by the timeline specified in the job offer.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work without GM immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
β’ Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review is required.
