This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Convert enterprise and regional objectives into district strategies with clear priorities, measurable results, and disciplined execution rhythms.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, performance management, and development planning.
• Offer advanced coaching and mentoring to enhance selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Propel demand generation and care transitions execution across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders while enhancing cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics utilizing internal and external data to refine strategies, eliminate obstacles, and protect or enhance performance.
• Influence Sales leadership, Institutional Business Group, Medical Affairs, and Marketing through insights gathered from the field.
• Strengthen accountability, inclusion, and team well-being while guiding the team through periods of change.
• Comply with Healthcare Compliance policies and guidelines.
• Utilize approved AI-enabled tools to scale best practices, enhance strategic planning, and elevate team execution while ensuring privacy, data integrity, and policy compliance.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; MS/MBA/PhD is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States.
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales management experience, including leadership during change, performance management, and development planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, potentially including overnight and weekend trips.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be open to relocating to that area.
• Proven experience in defining collaboration strategies, aligning cross-functional partners, overcoming challenges, and influencing outcomes beyond the district.
• Background in coaching others, leading change initiatives, fostering followership, and driving clarity and prioritization.
• Experience in designing coaching methodologies and tailoring strategies to meet individual needs.
• Skilled in creating development pathways, building bench strength, and facilitating succession readiness.
• Experience in utilizing internal and external data to formulate compliant integrated district plans and translate strategies into execution expectations.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, performance insights, trends, and approved AI-enabled tools while ensuring privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment.
• Preferred qualifications include enterprise influence, experience in the gastroenterology therapeutic area, large account management, access and reimbursement dynamics, capability-building, change management, strategic execution, and AI literacy development.
