District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Drive sales, enhance KPI performance, and foster commercial growth.

• Coach Store Managers to achieve their goals.

• Inspire and motivate teams.

• Ensure that every store delivers the best possible customer experience.

• Prior experience as a District Manager or in a comparable role within the retail industry.

• Strong commercial insight and understanding.

• Leadership style that focuses on coaching and development.

• Capable of making decisions and taking ownership of responsibilities.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficiency in motivating teams.

• Strong emphasis on focus and results orientation.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment where change and growth are prioritized.
