District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a varied, high-performing store management team through ongoing selection, development, and motivation.

• Offer coaching, mentoring, and overall guidance to achieve district and regional objectives.

• Effectively communicate business and financial targets.

• Analyze district performance and provide relevant feedback to the regional director.

• Formulate a district sales strategy to ensure profitable growth.

• Guide store teams to achieve sales and payroll budgets through proper execution.

• Promote a selling culture and enhance the customer experience across the district.

• Clearly articulate the vision and ensure consistent implementation of brand visual standards.

• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to enforce policies, identify trends, and meet district and store shrink goals.

• Foster open communication and manage the performance and development of associates.

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5-7 years of experience in multi-unit retail operations required.

• Valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Ability to devise competitive and innovative strategies and plans.

• Proven success in selecting high-performing talent and developing effective development plans.

• Capability to present information and address questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting moderately complex financial reports.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and adaptable to additional internal applications.

• Competence in facilitating and presenting programs, processes, and concepts to groups of managers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the retail landscape and the ability to accurately identify trends.

• Ability to inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations.

• Willingness and ability to travel.
