District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead the regional outside sales team to drive consistent revenue growth and achieve results.

• Provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback to team members.

• Develop a reliable sales pipeline and accelerate deal momentum.

• Attract, nurture, and retain top-tier sales talent.

• Enhance the positioning of the Genius® platform among clients.

• Design territory strategies to boost execution and win rates.

• Utilize Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for improved visibility, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.

• Allocate up to 75% of your time in the field to foster relationships, develop talent, and drive results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading an outside sales team.

• Minimum of four years of leadership experience.

• Capability to coach, develop, and motivate others to meet and exceed targets.

• Confidence in leading from the front and establishing credibility through actions and results.

• High energy, a competitive spirit, and a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in building quick, trusting relationships and influencing performance.

• Willingness to spend up to 75% of time in the field.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must reside within the designated territory.

• Experience in sales leadership within fintech payments, POS, and SaaS is a plus.
