District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Report to the VP of Emerging Markets

• Assume complete P&L responsibility for all sites and contracts within the district

• Lead a multi-site field leadership team along with operational resources and support functions across the region

• Execute the regional business plan effectively

• Develop and sustain client relationships

• Enhance contract performance, safety, and financial outcomes across the district

• Implement corporate strategic initiatives throughout field operations

• Identify, promote, and execute new business opportunities

• Create plans and budgets to achieve financial objectives

• Oversee client engagement results, Net Promoter Score metrics, and contract renewals

• Assist with business development requests and proposals

• Mentor, train, and supervise direct reports and field operations teams

• Ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights, health and safety, and WHMIS regulations

• Enhance operational processes and implement improvements in safety, quality, customer service, finance, and employee performance

• Collaborate with department leaders and District Managers to resolve operational challenges and align strategic initiatives

• Perform additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Management or a Business-related field is viewed favorably

• At least 5 years of experience in Operations/Business Development

• Experience in multi-unit management is a plus

• Background in the hospitality or hotel industry is advantageous

• Proven abilities in leadership and people management

• Demonstrated skills in financial management

• Strong market awareness, branding proficiency, and innovative thinking

• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent

• Familiarity with modern industry technology

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication capabilities
