District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guide a team of sales representatives as they visit homes in designated neighborhoods representing Bell Canada.

• Provide one-on-one coaching as well as group training in the field.

• Support staff management and recruitment initiatives.

• Ensure that field teams achieve productivity, sales, and performance objectives.

• Utilize data to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Assist with reporting responsibilities in the assigned district.

• Mentor and develop team members by offering merchandising assessments, exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support for issue resolution or escalation through various communication channels including calls, chats, texts, and emails.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or an equivalent qualification in the relevant industry is required.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mentoring remote sales teams.

• A strong passion for leading and nurturing effective sales teams.

• A hands-on approach to leadership.

• The ability to cultivate a culture of enthusiasm and ongoing improvement.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Visual acuity.

• Strong listening skills.
