This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Develop and adjust work plans based on established goals and regional market conditions, ensuring timely tracking and improvements.
• Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, while providing timely summaries and optimizations.
• Build an efficient team that fosters a culture of compliance and integrity, providing professional training and creating personal development plans for regional staff.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to seize opportunities and expand new business.
• Create a communication mechanism that spans departments and regions to ensure effective and high-quality interactions both within and outside the area.
• Adhere strictly to the company's ethical conduct policies (OEC) and effectively implement the company's marketing strategies.
• Promptly report any adverse events related to the company's products encountered in daily work, and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information if required.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in all work activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least two years in team management.
• Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of medical concepts along with the ability to plan and implement market strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective expression and collaboration across departments.
• Willingness to undertake business travel as required by the company.
