District Leader – Call Center Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, develop, and provide support to a team of Client Results Specialists.

• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and discussions on development planning.

• Oversee and manage quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and customer experience metrics.

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Direct daily operations of the contact center.

• Drive service levels, productivity goals, quality standards, and meet client expectations.

• Track performance metrics and initiate improvement actions.

• Analyze trends to enhance experiences for customers, patients, and employees.

• Collaborate with Workforce Management, Quality, Training, and Operations teams.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing business outcomes.

• Support client initiatives and program objectives.

• Aid in reporting, analysis, forecasting, and providing business recommendations.

• Coordinate projects and manage competing priorities.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Communicate performance metrics, risks, opportunities, and suggestions.

• Address escalated issues related to Specialists, customers, operations, and clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience leading teams in a contact center or customer service setting.

• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing frontline team members.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in analyzing operational performance metrics and executing improvement strategies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM, workforce management, reporting, and customer relationship management tools.

• Working knowledge of customer service operations, quality management, and performance management practices.

• Experience in collaborating across various functions.

• Experience in leading teams in patient support is highly preferred.
