This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

• Oversee and empower Channel Partners within the Cohesity Partner Ecosystem

• Develop and maintain account and partner strategies

• Strategically enhance the pipeline and manage the conversion process

• Increase awareness, demand, and preference for Cohesity products and services

• Drive bookings and meet growth objectives

• Collaborate with partners to boost bookings and ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Identify, recruit, and nurture new Partners

• Forecast partner pipeline conversion in collaboration with sales teams

• Formulate and lead sales strategies and business plans for assigned Partner/Distribution accounts

• Enable Partner sales and technical teams in accordance with the GTM plan and partner program standards

• Monitor partner performance against plans and devise action plans for enablement, engagement, pipeline, and bookings discrepancies

• Cultivate selling and service opportunities within Partner organizations and penetrate new divisions and entities

• Organize marketing initiatives and utilize Cohesity marketing resources to prioritize execution and return on investment

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 8 years of demonstrated channel distribution management experience

• Strong track record of achieving quota

• Extensive experience in developing top Distribution Managed Partners through Distributors

• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to coordinate marketing efforts and enhance partner investment returns

• Experience in designing effective partner engagement strategies

• Experience working with clients and technology partners

• Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering technical and business material to both small and large audiences

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on responsibilities

• Willingness to travel; travel exceeding 50% is mandatory

• Option to work remotely

• Willingness to travel with travel exceeding 50% required
