This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee all operational activities through designated distribution partners.
• Manage, nurture, and drive the success of distributors.
• Collaborate with local Channel and End-User sales teams.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to set Ruckus Networks apart and boost distributor revenue.
• Facilitate the adoption and growth of both new and existing products.
• Assist distributors in recruiting and developing new resellers managed by distribution.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for assigned distributors and respond to inquiries.
• Address distributor platform issues, including portal access, login troubleshooting, and CPQ license distribution.
• Communicate program specifics, provide updates on progress, and assist with access to training and certifications.
• Coordinate channel pipeline management and supply needs with distribution partners.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports and ROI analyses.
• Contribute to presentations focused on distribution for both internal and external audiences.
• Promote attendance at distributor marketing events and follow up to enhance sales conversions.
• Assess and refine operational workflows, document enhancements, and simplify business processes for distributors.
• At least 3 years of experience in distribution and channel relationship management, partner management, ideally within the technology industry.
• Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, alliances, and strategic partners.
• In-depth understanding of indirect sales models and distribution partners within the technology ecosystem.
• Capability to align business strategies from both distributor and Ruckus solution perspectives.
• Proficiency with complex internal systems such as Salesforce CRM and Partner Portals.
• Strong skills in process improvement.
• Ability to manage a high volume of varied inquiries while maintaining a responsive partnership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex program details and operational procedures clearly.
• Experience in managing sales data and maintaining pipelines.
• Familiarity with reporting tools for business reviews.
• Expertise in interpersonal relations, project management, negotiation, change management, problem-solving, and process management.
• Strong motivation and integrity.
• The ideal candidate should reside in the Chicago area or the Midwest region of the United States.
