Distinguished Engineer – Servicing Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Formulate the long-term technical strategy for the upcoming servicing system.

• Take ownership of the architectural framework that the division will follow for years to come.

• Foster alignment among engineering teams regarding a unified architectural approach.

• Guide Principal Engineers with the specific goal of cultivating future Distinguished Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior individual contributor (typically on a Principal or equivalent track).

• Practical experience in leading platform development initiatives at an enterprise level.

• Proven track record of managing at least one multi-year technical initiative from start to finish.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, but relevant impact and recognition take precedence.
