This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead the design and execution of CentraCare's compensation strategies within the total rewards framework.
• Develop targeted pay programs to facilitate business expansion.
• Manage base salary, incentive, and premium pay programs.
• Innovate and refine compensation practices to boost employee engagement.
• Oversee the creation of salary ranges, job descriptions, evaluations, and conduct salary surveys.
• Design and implement executive compensation plans.
• Drive ongoing enhancements to ensure excellence in compensation practices.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• Alternatively, 4-6 years of equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
• A Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Compensation field is required.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and financial skills are essential.
• Experience with Executive Compensation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare compensation is a plus.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
