Director – Wireless Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Recognize and prioritize investments and solutions for wireless networks in major public venues, such as retail spaces, commercial properties, mixed-use developments, enterprise facilities, Tier 2 sports venues, arenas, and theaters.

• Build and maintain relationships with portfolio owners, real estate consultants/associations, vendors, and partners to obtain exclusive wireless network rights.

• Negotiate essential business terms and financial structures to secure new venue agreements.

• Enhance existing relationships within the venue and wireless industry to discover and pursue opportunities for expanding the wireless infrastructure portfolio.

• Represent the Boldyn brand at significant industry conferences.

• Create and oversee a strategic three-year growth and territory plan aimed at Commercial Mixed Use developments.

• Foster relationships with CRE professionals, property owners, and developers to stimulate revenue growth and broaden telecom services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with leading commercial real estate portfolios and/or property management firms.

• Strong knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry.

• Understanding of wireless solutions, including Cellular, Wi-Fi, Private Networks, and managed services.

• Ability to penetrate new accounts through various strategies.

• Proficient in negotiation, with the capability to follow guidance or independently resolve issues.

• Excellent closing abilities with the capacity to overcome objections and challenges during the sales process.
