Director, Wind MCE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote a safety and quality-centered culture throughout all MCE projects and teams.

• Take ownership of the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring ongoing profitability and growth.

• Formulate and implement the annual business plan, forecasts, and budgets that align with the Wind Services strategy.

• Identify and leverage new market opportunities, service offerings, and strategic partnerships to enhance MCE capabilities.

• Track financial performance, job costing, and key metrics.

• Ensure adherence to company, customer, and industry safety standards and regulations.

• Evaluate risks and implement strategies to achieve zero recordable incidents.

• Foster operational excellence through standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance evaluations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.

• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Wind and other senior leaders to promote the company’s wind energy initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and large-scale wind energy projects.

• In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technology, operations, and maintenance.

• Capability to foster positive cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders through effective communication.

• Exceptional financial acumen and budgeting expertise with a strong grasp of P&L management.

• Ability to utilize data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across service lines.

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple complex issues, perform under pressure, and quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
