Director, Web Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the CRO roadmap for cyera.com, focusing on personalization, trust and proof signals, as well as ongoing testing.

• Manage the visitor identification and retargeting strategy in collaboration with the media agency.

• Stay informed about cookie-deprecation and consent regulations.

• Oversee website chat performance as a channel for conversion and qualification.

• Act as the authoritative source for web KPIs and provide performance reports.

• Collaborate with web development, SEO/AEO, paid media, and brand/design teams on the website roadmap.

• Ensure the website effectively represents Cyera as a comprehensive AI Trust platform.

• Evaluate the current site experience, create a CRO roadmap, and assess traffic identification and retargeting.

• Enhance website conversion, coordinate visitor-to-pipeline transitions, and contribute to measurable pipeline outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading web strategy, growth, and CRO for an enterprise B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or a similar technical, sales-oriented sector.

• Extensive hands-on expertise in CRO, encompassing testing programs, personalization, and funnel diagnosis, with measurable results.

• Proven experience in establishing or managing visitor identification and retargeting, utilizing first-party data and consent-based methods.

• Proficient understanding of SEO and AEO/GEO principles.

• Experience in directing specialized agencies.

• Background in managing or closely collaborating with a web developer or technical resource.

• Metrics-driven operational style and capability to support a roadmap with data.

• Experience working alongside demand generation, paid media, and brand teams to achieve mutual pipeline objectives.
