This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Engage with decision-makers in the US population, including payers, health systems, clinical pathway organizations, P&T committees, and policymakers.
β’ Provide education to key stakeholders regarding the clinical, economic, and humanistic effects of ivonescimab to guide formulary access and pathway/guideline decisions.
β’ Deliver objective, scientifically robust medical information through economic models, outcomes tools, educational initiatives, and collaborative efforts.
β’ Partner compliantly with the commercial market access field team to enhance access to ivonescimab through proactive engagement with organized clients.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with population-based decision-makers as the primary point of contact.
β’ Collaborate with HEOR and market access teams to implement scientific engagement strategies for payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, and oncology pathways.
β’ Supply clinical and healthcare economic information to payers and formulary decision-makers.
β’ Communicate clinical and economic data related to ivonescimab to promote formulary decision-making and enhance patient outcomes.
β’ Capture and relay stakeholder insights and evidence gaps internally.
β’ Contribute to the development of content strategy and execute aligned field tactics.
β’ Work with stakeholders to advocate for the inclusion of ivonescimab in clinical/payer pathways and treatment order sets while optimizing budget evaluations.
β’ Collaborate with medical affairs, HEOR, market access, and other colleagues on account engagement strategies.
β’ Present clinical, humanistic, and economic evidence along with value propositions to payer audiences.
β’ Monitor market and payer requirements and provide actionable recommendations to shape medical and market access strategy.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ MD, PharmD, or PhD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience within the healthcare industry, with at least 5+ years of direct involvement in the pharmaceutical, managed care, or consulting sectors.
β’ Prior experience in Oncology, preferably with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
β’ Previous experience in a field-based position with a strong comprehension of the US healthcare system, market access landscape, and value-based decision-makers.
β’ Experience in analyzing healthcare data and utilizing real-world evidence (RWE) is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to convey substantial scientific information clearly, concisely, and memorably.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders; skilled in influencing and collaborating to achieve a business impact.
β’ Proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented approach.
β’ Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel for internal and external meetings.
