This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with decision-makers in the US healthcare landscape, such as payers, health systems, clinical pathway organizations, P&T committees, and policymakers.
• Provide education to key stakeholders about the clinical, economic, and humanistic benefits of ivonescimab.
• Influence formulary access, clinical pathway decisions, and enhance outcomes for cancer patients.
• Deliver objective, scientifically validated medical information through economic models, outcomes tools, educational programs, and partnerships.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with the commercial market access field team to support access to ivonescimab.
• Independently develop and maintain relationships with population-based decision-makers.
• Work alongside HEOR and market access teams to create a scientific engagement strategy.
• Provide clinical and healthcare economic data to payers and formulary decision-makers.
• Proactively and reactively convey clinical and economic information related to ivonescimab.
• Gather and share insights from stakeholders, identify evidence gaps, and highlight collaboration opportunities within the organization.
• Assist in the development of content strategy and implement aligned field tactics.
• Support the incorporation of ivonescimab into clinical/payer pathways and treatment order sets while optimizing budget assessments.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, HEOR, market access, and other teams on account engagement strategies.
• Present clinical, humanistic, and economic evidence along with value propositions to payer audiences.
• Monitor market and payer requirements, providing actionable insights for medical and market access strategies.
• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
• MD, PharmD, or PhD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 12+ years of relevant experience within the healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in the pharmaceutical, managed care, or consulting industries.
• Prior experience in Oncology, particularly in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), is preferred.
• Experience in a field-based role is required.
• Strong grasp of the US healthcare system, market access environment, and value-based decision-makers.
• Experience in analyzing healthcare data and utilizing real-world evidence (RWE) is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to convey substantial scientific information clearly, concisely, and memorably.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively for business impact.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel for internal and external meetings.
