This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify priorities for access data and evidence that address market dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and regulatory environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet segment needs and anticipate market trends impacting patient access.
• Analyze intricate datasets related to market access, healthcare economics, and patient outcomes through AI and machine learning methodologies.
• Promote collaboration across business units and utilize predictive models and algorithms to enhance market access and patient care.
• Keep abreast of AI technologies and methodologies pertinent to strategic evidence generation and market access.
• Design and implement evidence plans and tactics utilizing tailored data and real-world evidence.
• Illustrate the value of therapies and support initiatives aimed at improving market access.
• Coordinate with Market Access functions and cross-functional BeiGene teams to synchronize evidence strategies.
• Identify suitable real-world data sources and opportunities for initiatives centered around patients.
• Build relationships with data vendors, strategic partners, and market access segments.
• Collaborate with account directors, account teams, and market access stakeholders on various research projects.
• A BS degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• A BS with over 10 years, or an MS or PhD with more than 7 years of experience in life sciences and market access.
• Experience in customer engagement, data management, and analytics responsibilities.
• A strong preference for a background in hematology and/or solid tumor oncology.
• Proficient understanding of AI methodologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with organized customers and/or direct experience with claims, EMR/EHR, real-world data vendors, IDNs, Health Systems, GPOs, or large Community Practices.
• Expertise in designing and executing research, particularly in real-world evidence generation and patient-centered outcomes projects.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical methodologies.
• Capability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Understanding of healthcare policy, reimbursement systems, and regulatory frameworks in the United States.
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects to achieve effective results within specified timelines.
• Standard computer skills are required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
