This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a detailed technical outreach strategy aimed at solution selling to enhance Noodle’s presence within university IT and academic technology divisions.

• Approach technical decision-makers with tailored messaging that conveys technical value propositions and meets infrastructure or software integration requirements.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of Noodle’s software offerings and technical roadmap to respond to inquiries regarding system compatibility and feature sets.

• Represent Noodle at educational technology conferences and software trade exhibitions.

• Qualify leads based on technical specifications, software integration compatibility, purchasing cycles, and budget timelines.

• Utilize lead scoring and assess technical ecosystems to prioritize high-conversion leads before handing them to the dedicated SaaS sales team.

• Assist leads throughout the implementation discussions and initial product enablement phases.

• Oversee proof-of-concept phases and supply targeted enablement resources.

• Collaborate with engineering and product subject-matter experts during platform evaluations.

• Monitor technical pipeline velocity and the progress of the SaaS sales funnel.

• Ensure CRM data integrity and track software-specific metrics along with ARR/MRR impact potential.

• Leverage CRM analytics to provide insights on lead health, platform adoption indicators, and projected sales performance.

• Discuss lead activities and outcomes with sales teams and stakeholders.

• Enhance CRM workflows, processes, and data integrity.

• Compile market feedback to guide product and sales leadership on roadmap priorities and potential feature enhancements.

• Collaborate with the sales team on Noodle’s evolving technology stack and software advantages.

• Report on demand-generation outcomes, ARR/MRR growth, and technical lead conversion rates to leadership.

• Partner with leadership to refine SaaS-oriented strategies and tactics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in higher education, ed-tech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

• Proven experience in selling technology products or SaaS solutions, with a history of managing opportunities from prospecting and discovery to demo, technical evaluation, procurement, and closing.

• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Results-oriented and driven.

• Strong written and verbal sales abilities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
