This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the overall client relationship and account strategy for designated Travel, Hospitality, and Entertainment accounts.
• Create and implement account plans that align with client goals and Acxiom solutions.
• Achieve revenue run rate, renewals, profitability, bookings, and incremental growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize renewals, expansions, upsells, cross-sells, new use cases, and additional business lines.
• Establish executive relationships and maintain communication with client stakeholders and Acxiom leadership.
• Facilitate client business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Act as an advocate for clients internally, proactively manage risks, and address issues.
• Maintain forecasts, opportunity pipelines, account plans, and client records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Lead or assist in contract negotiations, statements of work, renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across delivery, product, data, engineering, analytics, finance, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Link Acxiom’s data, identity, analytics, technology, and service offerings to client growth, efficiency, and customer experience objectives.
• Monitor client satisfaction, delivery health, adoption, and value realization.
• Operate independently while engaging broader teams to eliminate obstacles and achieve successful outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years of relevant experience in strategic account leadership, enterprise sales, client management, consulting, marketing technology, data, digital, or related fields.
• A minimum of twelve years of relevant experience is a differentiator; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven success in managing large, complex client relationships with accountability for revenue, retention, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Ability to cultivate executive relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and guide strategic conversations linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial insight, including forecasting, pipeline management, renewals, contract negotiations, pricing, and account profitability.
• Experience in formulating account plans and translating client priorities into growth strategies, solution roadmaps, and actionable opportunities.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Consultative selling abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, presentation, and executive presence skills.
• Knowledge of data, identity, analytics, marketing technology, digital transformation, managed services, or related solution areas.
• Expert industry knowledge.
• Experience in multifunctional leadership.
• Background in marketing and marketing technology, including data insights, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Salesforce pipeline tracking and account management.
• Familiarity with digital ad tech ecosystems, targeting platforms, and consumer first-party and behavioral data.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding add-on deal and install-base targets in large, complex organizations.
• Experience managing clients with multiple lines of business.
• Ability to align technology solutions with business challenges or objectives.
