This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver national expertise regarding the foster care population, including their treatment and service requirements.
• Support the growth of the business unit’s national reputation as a thought leader.
• Influence the integration of evidence-based practices within the foster care provider network, stakeholder system, and internal operations.
• Engage in national committees, training sessions, and speaking events focused on evidence-based practices.
• Sustain national expertise by participating in advanced topics and positioning Cenpatico as a national thought leader.
• Offer TF-CBT and other evidence-based training to foster care clinicians across the country.
• Maintain connections with evidence-based practice developers and pursue certifications to train in newly developed clinical methodologies.
• Create collaborative learning opportunities for foster care clinicians involved in TF-CBT.
• Establish consultation opportunities for clinicians within the foster care system.
• Lead workgroups to create a Mental Health Assessment Toolkit tailored for the foster care population, addressing PTSD, sexual abuse, and trauma.
• Conduct outreach and cultivate relationships with potential stakeholders in both new and existing markets.
• Travel 20%-25% for in-person training sessions.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience delivering direct clinical interventions to youth in foster care.
• Familiarity with the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) Learning Collaborative.
• Prior management experience, which includes hiring, training, delegating tasks, and overseeing staff performance.
• Licensure as an LPC or LCSW is mandatory.
• Current or previous membership in the National Child Trauma Stress Network (NCTSN) is required.
• Certification by TF-CBT developers for training in TF-CBT is essential.
• Must hold a certification in TF-CBT.
• Willingness to travel is necessary.
• 20%-25% travel for in-person training is expected.
