This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational framework, governance schedule, and execution protocols of the Transformation Office.
• Lead the preparation and coordination for meetings of the Transformation Operating Committee, Value Stream Owner and Orchestrator forums, leadership reviews, and other governance activities related to transformation.
• Create and manage governance agendas, documentation, decision logs, and follow-up procedures.
• Uphold the enterprise transformation accountability framework while tracking, escalating, and resolving decisions, commitments, actions, and deliverables.
• Facilitate follow-through among Value Stream Owners, Orchestrators, EPMO, Finance, Communications, Change Management, business leaders, and technology partners.
• Identify barriers to execution, stalled commitments, unresolved decisions, and organizational challenges, fostering escalation and resolution.
• Ensure that leadership decisions are translated into clear ownership, measurable results, defined timelines, and transparent accountability.
• Manage visibility into enterprise transformation portfolio performance across various initiatives, value streams, and governance forums.
• Collect, validate, challenge, and synthesize portfolio performance data in collaboration with EPMO, Finance, and transformation leaders.
• Establish and maintain standardized reporting for milestones, risks, dependencies, delivery confidence, value realization, and actionable activities to achieve goals.
• Generate executive-ready portfolio performance reports that emphasize progress, risks, trade-offs, required decisions, and areas needing leadership intervention.
• Analyze trends and delivery patterns across the enterprise to detect recurring risks, decision gaps, execution constraints, and opportunities for enhancing the operating model.
• Manage integrated planning, which includes milestones, dependencies, sequencing, delivery risks, and impacts across value streams.
• Oversee enterprise RAID management and the path-to-green processes.
• Provide assessments of delivery impacts, scenario analyses, and decision support for senior leaders.
• Coordinate transformation reports, dashboards, and communications aimed at executives, the Board, governance bodies, and stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise program management, transformation office operations, PMO/EPMO, strategy and operations, management consulting, or portfolio management is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise-wide transformation, strategic initiatives, complex implementation programs, or cross-functional operating models is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience, which may include managing individual contributors or teams, is required.
• Experience in managing governance routines, executive reporting, RAID management, integrated planning, portfolio performance monitoring, and action tracking is required.
• Proven ability to develop executive-ready materials, dashboards, one-pagers, leadership updates, and decision-support content is required.
• Experience working with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization is required.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, pharmacy services, managed care, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation PMO, or enterprise portfolio management is preferred.
