This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for adopting transformation initiatives across various commercial transformation projects.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align priorities for transformation, adoption goals, readiness efforts, and business results.
• Act as the senior lead for the adoption function within the Transformation Management Office.
• Create and maintain comprehensive adoption roadmaps that encompass capability releases, readiness, communication, training, and business planning cycles.
• Convert technology deployments and program milestones into actionable business capability adoption plans.
• Develop governance processes and operating rhythms for decision-making on adoption, issue resolution, risk management, and executive visibility.
• Manage executive reporting through adoption dashboards, readiness assessments, value realization reports, and transformation narratives.
• Define and supervise frameworks for measuring adoption, readiness, and business value.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics related to employee adoption, organizational readiness, business outcomes, and capability utilization.
• Drive strategies for scaling pilot initiatives while ensuring that readiness criteria and stage-gate requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate adoption efforts alongside change management, training, communications, and business teams.
• Oversee cross-program dependency management to identify risks to adoption, resource limitations, timing conflicts, and organizational impacts.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership discussions.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of transformation adoption across business leaders, program teams, and external partners.
• Utilize insights from adoption, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to enhance transformation outcomes and speed up value realization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in business transformation, organizational change, consulting, program leadership, change management, or strategic roles.
• More than 7 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience in developing and leading initiatives for transformation adoption, readiness, governance, and value realization.
• Experience in establishing executive governance frameworks, operating models, measurement systems, and strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and provide counsel to executive leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in leading large-scale transformations involving technology, processes, operating models, and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of transformation governance, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and best practices in adoption.
• Experience in creating executive dashboards, transformation reports, business cases, and frameworks for value realization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Superior skills in executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management.
• Capable of translating complex transformation activities into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in dynamic, fast-paced transformation settings.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and in developing executive-level communications.
• Preferred: experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Preferred: experience with digital, AI, data analytics, content operations, CRM, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience in establishing a Transformation Management Office, Transformation Office, Project Management Office, or enterprise governance capabilities.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, scaled transformation programs, and cross-functional operating models.
• Experience in managing complex partner ecosystems, consulting teams, implementation vendors, and business stakeholders.
