This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee market optimization planning and strategic transaction activities that align with client business objectives and portfolio goals.

• Create strategic real estate plans and offer expert real estate advice to clients.

• Discover opportunities for occupancy cost savings, pull-forward strategies, expansion, contraction, and other portfolio optimization initiatives.

• Generate business cases, reporting, data analysis, and financial assessments.

• Initiate transactions, dispositions, and renewals, guiding them through to successful execution.

• Manage brokerage resources while providing strategic guidance to brokers and client stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations and finalize complex, large-scale transactions.

• Supervise the legal review of client lease documents.

• Collaborate with project managers, facility managers, environmental consultants, and other partners.

• Work alongside client corporate real estate teams and local business unit leaders.

• Conduct client presentations, business reviews, key client meetings, and transaction governance discussions.

• Ensure process reporting is maintained with accurate transaction data.

• Oversee revenue projections and tracking.

• Prepare close-out reports and calculations for value addition.

• Coordinate reporting requirements while adapting process documents and playbooks.

• Identify and implement process enhancements, innovations, post-transaction reviews, and client feedback practices.

• Utilize AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to enhance execution, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and client outcomes.

• Coach and mentor direct reports while leading transaction teams.

• Foster a cohesive, performance-oriented team environment.

• Relevant experience and qualifications for the position.

• Extensive knowledge of high-level transactions.

• Capability to lead transaction management strategies and execution for large, complex client portfolios and enterprise real estate initiatives.

• Proficiency in managing both internal and external brokerage resources.

• Ability to conduct aggressive negotiations.

• Competence in overseeing the legal review of client lease documents.

• Skill in performing market and financial analyses.

• Experience in managing revenue projections and tracking.

• Ability to leverage AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions effectively.

• Capability to coach and mentor direct reports.

• Expertise in leading transaction teams, brokers, field agents, service partners, and cross-functional contributors.
