This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Spearhead transaction management strategies and execution for extensive, intricate client portfolios and enterprise real estate projects across various asset classes.
• Convert client business goals into market optimization strategies, transaction plans, portfolio opportunities, and execution results.
• Direct market optimization planning and strategic transaction initiatives that align with client objectives and portfolio goals.
• Formulate strategic real estate plans and offer strategic real estate counsel.
• Identify opportunities for occupancy cost savings, pull-forwards, expansions, contractions, and other portfolio optimization avenues.
• Generate business cases, reporting, data analysis, and financial assessments.
• Initiate transactions, dispositions, and renewals while overseeing the delivery through to execution.
• Manage brokerage resources and provide strategic guidance to brokers and client stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and execute complex, large-scale transactions.
• Supervise the legal review of client lease documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, facility managers, environmental consultants, and other partners.
• Work alongside client corporate real estate teams and local business unit leaders.
• Conduct client presentations, business reviews, key client meetings, and governance discussions.
• Maintain process reporting and ensure accurate transaction data.
• Execute market and financial analyses to support transaction strategies and portfolio recommendations.
• Oversee revenue projections and tracking.
• Prepare close-out reports and value-add calculations.
• Coordinate reporting obligations and guide field agents, service partners, and clients.
• Tailor process documents and playbooks to fit client needs.
• Implement process enhancements, innovations, post-transaction evaluations, and client feedback practices.
• Utilize AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to enhance execution, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and client results.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.
• Lead transaction teams and cross-functional contributors.
• Foster a cohesive, performance-driven team environment.
• Relevant experience and qualifications in complex transaction management and enterprise real estate projects.
• High-level understanding of transactions.
• Capability to lead strategic transaction initiatives across various asset classes.
• Ability to manage both internal and third-party brokerage resources.
• Proficiency in leading negotiations and handling complex, large transactions.
• Competence in overseeing the legal review of client lease documents.
• Skill in performing market and financial analyses.
• Experience in managing reporting, transaction data, and revenue forecasts.
• Capacity to lead transaction teams, brokers, field agents, service partners, and cross-functional contributors.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions.
