This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key technology vendors, software partners, and participants within the industry ecosystem.
• Formulate and implement alliance strategies that align with product portfolio goals and the company's growth ambitions.
• Create executive-level engagement models and governance frameworks with strategic partners.
• Facilitate regular business reviews, roadmap assessments, and strategic planning sessions with vendors.
• Oversee partner tiering and classification frameworks.
• Develop collaborative business plans and strategies for partnership growth.
• Assist in co-marketing efforts, sales enablement initiatives, joint customer interactions, and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to craft joint value propositions and solution positioning.
• Identify and foster revenue-generating opportunities that leverage partner technologies and programs.
• Coordinate involvement in partner programs, certifications, designations, and incentive schemes.
• Aid in the negotiation of commercial agreements, partnership terms, incentives, and business commitments.
• Work alongside Procurement and Legal teams on contracts, renewals, governance structures, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor partner performance, commitments, and the realization of value against objectives and KPIs.
• Manage escalation processes and resolve operational or commercial challenges.
• Ensure that partnership investments yield measurable business results and customer value.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in technology alliances, partner management, product management, business development, vendor management, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience managing relationships with technology vendors in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services.
• Familiarity with major technology partner ecosystems, such as HPE Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage strategic partnerships effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in developing business cases.
• Understanding of technology product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
• Ability to function effectively within global, cross-functional organizations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments.
• Relevant industry certifications and alliance program accreditations are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer and team meetings.
