This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Lead and cultivate a team of Project Managers.
• Supervise the delivery of project management services for significant projects and programs.
• Ensure excellence in service, client engagement, and market outreach.
• Provide strategic leadership across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and essential capital initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate programs.
• Enhance project performance and strengthen client relationships.
• Promote collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with business goals.
• Support innovation, sustainability, risk management, and the creation of long-term value.
• Contribute to business development and broaden the company’s footprint in financial services and corporate real estate.
• Lead client communications and manage project management team services.
• Research construction market trends and analyze officially published data.
• Generate thought leadership reports on the construction sector.
• Oversee project management services, resource planning, financial management, business generation, and staff training and development.
• Establish team strategy and objectives in alignment with the Business Plan.
• Foster personal development and promote a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity.
• Maintain knowledge management systems and disseminate commission learnings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
• Develop priority plans, risk mitigation strategies, KPIs, management controls, and critical success factors.
• Conduct internal BMS audits and coordinate participation in external audits.
• Build market understanding, serve as a brand ambassador, and create opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in senior leadership meetings and prepare as well as deliver presentations.
• Monitor revenue, margins, monthly fees, and resource needs using internal software.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Attend networking and promotional events.
• Train and mentor staff while supporting career development.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract talent and plan staffing requirements.
• Foster a unified business culture that balances people, clients, stakeholders, and society.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• A graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• More than 2 years of experience managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven success in managing project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional business development drive and acumen, with a demonstrated record of fostering business growth.
• Experience in the major construction sector with high-caliber clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or similar sectors.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• On-site presence may be required, with the possibility of changes based on client needs.
• SOX control responsibilities may be applicable where relevant.
