β€’ Act as a strategic business partner in the development of IT strategies, vendor governance, and ongoing cost optimization efforts.

β€’ Lead analysis driven by data and provide recommendations for optimizing long-term operating expenses and delivery models.

β€’ Oversee professional staff engaged in strategy implementation, vendor governance, and Technology Business Management (TBM) services.

β€’ Mentor team members, offering continuous feedback, supporting their development, and facilitating succession planning.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with IT and business leaders to enhance decision-making related to technology strategy.

β€’ Direct the definition of projects, generate ideas, and develop business cases for roadmaps targeting cost optimization.

β€’ Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

β€’ Examine technology, market, and industry trends that impact the business landscape.

β€’ Plan and execute workstreams for projects defined by management and across the enterprise.

β€’ Supervise presentations and strategic communications addressing critical IT topics.

β€’ Spearhead strategic vendor analysis and selection, peer benchmarking, cloud migration strategies, and infrastructure automation evaluations.

β€’ Drive service-costing strategies and the implementation of Technology Business Management capabilities.

β€’ Collaborate with the TBM Analytics team to align management reporting with business and technology strategies.

β€’ Leverage TBM software functionalities to enhance understanding of IT performance, costs, quality, and value.

β€’ Develop and maintain service-costing processes for annual planning and managing technology service demands.

β€’ Enhance forecasting of consumption and the quality of operational data to align total-cost-of-ownership analyses with cost-transparency goals.

β€’ Present IT service consumption data, volumes, and allocation drivers to management through effective presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Operations Research.

β€’ 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Management Consulting, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.

β€’ Proven experience leading high-performance teams tasked with executing strategic initiatives.

β€’ Prior experience in Technology Business Management (TBM) or advisory roles for CIOs.

β€’ Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments while proposing, justifying, initiating, and implementing changes.

β€’ Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Capability to frame problems, analyze solutions, and construct detailed financial models.

β€’ Knowledge of strategic IT planning and financial management practices, including budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operational expense management, and funding models based on product roadmaps or capabilities.

β€’ Familiarity with IT domains and services.

β€’ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx.

β€’ Strong project management and organizational abilities.

β€’ Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

β€’ Strong influencing capabilities.

β€’ Professional certification preferred: CMA, CSCA, FP&A, Balanced Scorecard certification, CTBME, ITIL, or IT4IT.

β€’ Familiarity with Apptio is a plus.

β€’ Candidates must be bondable.
