This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Develop and oversee a team focused on recruitment and market intelligence.
β’ Spearhead proactive talent mapping, competitive landscape assessments, and sourcing strategies across technical and business domains.
β’ Establish market-mapping frameworks that encompass talent movement, competitors, industries, and educational institutions.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert in sourcing and enhance recruiting capabilities through coaching, enablement, and the sharing of best practices.
β’ Convert market intelligence into practical sourcing and targeting strategies in collaboration with recruiting and hiring managers.
β’ Create infrastructure and establish a consistent operating rhythm for the long-term engagement of high-potential candidates.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Brand on event strategies and talent-community engagements.
β’ Manage data infrastructure and reporting related to hiring trends, pipeline health, and market benchmarks.
β’ Develop and oversee the campus recruiting strategy, including target schools, events, offer positioning, and conversion rates.
β’ Foster relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
β’ Direct the event strategy, which includes info sessions, career fairs, hackathons, and diversity-focused initiatives.
β’ Take charge of the summer internship program, encompassing intern hiring, project scoping, onboarding, programming, evaluation, and return-offer decisions.
β’ Collaborate with HR and Recruiting Programs on return offers, post-offer engagement, and conversion of start dates.
β’ Manage a specified number of business-wide hires through the team's channels.
β’ Coordinate capacity planning with the Head of Recruiting and peers in Recruiting Management.
β’ Integrate campus initiatives, sourcing efforts, and programs to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout hiring and onboarding.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, with significant time spent leading campus, sourcing, or talent pipeline functions at a high-growth organization.
β’ Proven experience in hiring across technical disciplines, including engineering, data, and product, as well as business functions like sales, operations, and G&A.
β’ A successful history of building teams and programs from the ground up.
β’ Strong analytical skills and the capability to utilize data to inform strategy and assess outcomes.
β’ Experience collaborating with HR, People Programs, or Recruiting Operations teams.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive approach to action.
