This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners.

• Establish objectives, allocate workloads, create development plans, and set recruiting metrics cadence.

• Oversee the enterprise recruiting strategy across all Wedgewood locations.

• Develop hiring governance, prioritize tasks, plan capacity, and create escalation paths.

• Utilize dashboards and scorecards to communicate pipeline health and hiring progress.

• Design and implement sourcing strategies and channels.

• Collaborate with Internal Communications on employer branding initiatives.

• Manage and enhance Greenhouse ATS configuration, workflows, and reporting.

• Automate scheduling, communications, and reporting processes.

• Create and refine the overall candidate and applicant experience.

• Establish feedback loops between candidates and hiring managers.

• Advise the Chief People Officer and senior leadership on talent strategy, labor markets, and hiring decisions.

• Collaborate with site General Managers, functional leaders, and hiring managers regarding role specifications and hiring procedures.

• Provide labor-market insights to aid in workforce planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a recruiting team.

• Proven track record of leading a team through the complete lifecycle of recruiting, from intake to offer and onboarding transition.

• Experience in developing sourcing strategies across multiple locations and job types.

• Proficient in ATS functionalities, with a preference for Greenhouse.

• Familiarity with automating recruiting workflows.

• Experience in designing or enhancing the end-to-end candidate experience.

• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders outside of HR and influence at the executive level.

• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data, including the creation of dashboards.

• Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

• Background in recruiting within pharmacy, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience in establishing a hiring governance framework is preferred.

• Familiarity with recruiting in competitive or undersupplied labor markets is preferred.
