📋 Description

• Develop and implement Lattice’s talent acquisition strategy that aligns with company objectives, workforce plans, and business priorities.

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the recruiting team.

• Collaborate with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners on recruitment strategies and decisions.

• Utilize recruiting data and insights on quality of hire to refine sourcing, assessment, interview, selection, and closing methodologies.

• Provide updates on progress, pipeline health, and potential risks to leadership.

• Innovate recruiting strategies for an AI-oriented hiring landscape.

• Manage senior, executive, and critical business searches and oversee partnerships with search firms as necessary.

• Guarantee a candidate and hiring-team experience that is inclusive, efficient, and of high quality.

• Create proactive, diverse talent pipelines and enhance the employer brand.

• Take ownership of and optimize the recruiting budget, technological tools, processes, and vendor relationships.

• Develop and expand AI-integrated recruiting workflows.

• Contribute to the wider People strategy and link recruiting efforts with onboarding, performance, development, and the employee lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, including leading and cultivating high-performing in-house recruiting teams.

• Proven experience in leading recruitment within a fast-paced software organization with critical hiring needs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle, encompassing workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closures.

• Demonstrated ability to modernize talent acquisition through effective strategy, operational excellence, technology, and AI-driven workflows.

• Proficient in communicating with diverse audiences and a history of advising and influencing senior leadership.

• A data-driven mindset focused on enhancing recruiting performance and hiring results.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to balance talent strategies against company priorities and restrictions.

• A hands-on leadership approach that seamlessly transitions between strategy, team management, and execution.

• Experience in GTM recruiting and a proven history of collaborating with leaders across revenue-generating teams is highly desirable.
