This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the global talent acquisition strategy, operational model, recruitment priorities, and performance benchmarks.
• Direct the global recruiting team while providing matrixed supervision and strategic guidance to the India recruiting team.
• Collaborate with executives, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, Finance, and cross-functional teams on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Anticipate future talent requirements and assess build-versus-buy talent strategies.
• Recognize hiring risks and formulate proactive talent acquisition plans.
• Mentor, develop, and hold accountable members of the recruiting team.
• Support essential leadership searches, succession planning, and executive talent acquisition strategies.
• Consult with hiring leaders on workforce planning, hiring trade-offs, candidate evaluations, market conditions, and prioritization.
• Provide coaching for hiring managers, interview training, selection guidance, and best practices.
• Present insights on labor market trends, talent availability, compensation, competitive hiring, and emerging skills.
• Manage ATS discipline, reporting cycles, recruiting metrics, and operational rhythms.
• Utilize data to identify risks, enhance process effectiveness, and bolster stakeholder confidence.
• Spearhead the adoption and optimization of AI recruitment tools and practices, ensuring human oversight, privacy, compliance, and awareness of bias.
• Oversee the talent acquisition budget, vendor relations, agency strategy, recruiting technology investments, and sourcing partnerships.
• Develop strategies for talent market analysis, sourcing, pipeline management, and employer branding.
• Enhance recruiting workflows, systems, vendor partnerships, compliance, and candidate experience across global teams.
• At least 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams within a fast-paced, global, technology, SaaS, or similarly complex business environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people leadership.
• Proven experience leading or influencing recruiting teams in a matrixed, global setting.
• Experience collaborating with or overseeing India-based recruiting teams is highly preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders on workforce planning, hiring trade-offs, talent market dynamics, and recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to employ recruiting metrics, market data, and operational insights to enhance hiring outcomes, process efficiency, team capacity planning, and stakeholder visibility.
• Experience in evaluating, implementing, or optimizing AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing technologies, automation, or talent intelligence platforms.
• Sound judgment regarding compliance, bias mitigation, data privacy, and oversight in human decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, employer branding, ATS utilization, vendor management, and compliant recruiting practices.
• Capability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Exceptional communication, change management, prioritization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without direct authority.
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.
• Accountable for ensuring employee and customer data privacy, as well as completing required privacy training.
