Director, Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, direct, and expand Fingerprint’s recruiting operations.

• Recruit, mentor, and enhance a team of Talent Partners.

• Establish team objectives, offer ongoing feedback, and cultivate a robust recruiting talent pool.

• Create and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, hiring projections, and workforce planning.

• Develop scalable recruiting processes from intake and sourcing to offer and closure.

• Introduce standardized interview kits, scorecards, and training for hiring managers.

• Manage recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and cost-per-hire.

• Utilize data to enhance recruiting processes and anticipate hiring requirements.

• Counsel executives and hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, compensation benchmarks, and hiring choices.

• Assess and refine ATS, sourcing, and AI tools.

• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while enhancing Fingerprint’s presence in the talent marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Minimum of 3+ years in managing and scaling a recruiting team.

• Proven experience in hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing a team of Talent Partners.

• Demonstrated success in building or scaling a talent acquisition function, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology setting.

• Experience in constructing or enhancing recruiting workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and playbooks.

• Background in recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions and levels, including senior and executive positions.

• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.

• Practical experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Must be legally authorized to work from their home location.
