This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Lead high-priority strategic and transformation projects spanning various supplemental benefits, vendors, and enterprise functions.
β’ Break down complex or unclear business challenges into hypotheses, analyses, workstreams, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and decisions.
β’ Create recommendations and actionable roadmaps that incorporate financial, operational, member, competitive, regulatory, and vendor viewpoints.
β’ Evaluate regulatory changes and guide cross-functional response teams through the implementation process.
β’ Formulate portfolio and vendor strategies, multi-year roadmaps, business cases, and opportunities for optimization.
β’ Revamp the Supplemental Benefits operating model, encompassing governance, decision rights, and management routines.
β’ Establish repeatable vendor implementation and performance governance capabilities.
β’ Generate executive reporting, analytics, and decision support capabilities.
β’ Redesign disjointed, manual, or inconsistent processes.
β’ Transition mature capabilities to Shared Services Operations, benefit owners, or other accountable teams.
β’ Build and lead a new Strategy & Transformation team consisting of approximately 4β5 professionals.
β’ Recruit, nurture, coach, and retain a high-performing workforce.
β’ Manage a dynamic portfolio of initiatives and allocate team capacity based on business and member impact.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree.
β’ 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, healthcare strategy/operations, or similar roles addressing complex business challenges.
β’ 2+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
β’ Significant experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, or related healthcare services industries.
β’ Proven experience operating in complex regulated environments.
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
β’ Capability to structure ambiguous problems and create fact-based recommendations.
β’ Strong analytical and financial skills, including business case development and assessment.
β’ Exceptional skills in executive communication.
β’ Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
β’ Competence to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, rapidly evolving, and regulated environment.
