This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Initiate, organize, and finalize significant partnerships and new ventures, creating new verticals, business models, and market access for Serve and its subsidiaries.
• Convert Serve's capabilities in robotics, fleet operations, infrastructure, data, autonomy, and technology into new revenue streams, partner-funded development, and strategic expansion.
• Discover, prioritize, and secure whitespace opportunities across enterprise partnerships, robotics, data, and other offerings.
• Develop strategic proposals that transform undefined needs into fundable projects and actionable internal plans.
• Create and manage comprehensive deal structures, aligning incentives, distributing risk, and securing funding, resources, and scaling commitments.
• Develop partnership narratives and presentations aimed at VP- and C-level decision-makers.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms through term sheets and signed agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to validate financials, technical readiness, delivery expectations, dependencies, and resource commitments.
• Act as a senior representative for the Chief Strategy Officer in significant partner discussions and negotiations within the established authority.
• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Establish a targeted portfolio of credible material opportunities and executed commercial agreements within the first 12 months.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, new ventures, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in selling complex or novel technology and in originating, negotiating, and closing intricate enterprise agreements.
• Demonstrated capability to generate opportunities from scratch and achieve significant signed deal outcomes.
• Experience in modeling and negotiating various deal structures.
• Outstanding narrative, executive presence, and presentation abilities.
• Financial fluency to construct, manage, and defend a financial model independently.
• Comfort in working within ambiguous environments at a company still defining its category.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a remote team member.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and on-site engagements.
• Experience in securing first-of-the-kind deals in innovative or emerging markets.
• Preferred: Experience in start-ups, logistics, last-mile delivery, marketplaces, mobility, or robotics.
• Preferred: Experience in structuring or negotiating joint ventures, co-investments, white label agreements, or data licensing deals.
• Preferred: Experience in developing a new business or partnership approach at an early or growth-stage company.
• Preferred: Transitioning from initial experiments to funded commercial offerings.
