Director, Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain robust relationships with Enformion’s partners while driving revenue expansion.

• Meet channel sales objectives, revenue targets, and sales forecasts.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to determine and refine the engagement scope.

• Create and execute timelines to meet established targets.

• Act as the primary contact for the success of strategic partners.

• Manage the entire partner lifecycle, which includes onboarding assistance, adoption strategies, renewal planning, and retention efforts.

• Provide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing communications that highlight performance, ROI, and new opportunities.

• Monitor the health of partnerships, recognize risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Gather partner feedback and insights to inform product and service enhancements.

• Track and report on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and other success metrics.

• Lead partner strategy, prospecting, negotiations, channel deal origination and analysis, onboarding, sales support, contract and system management, execution, and value creation oversight.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to maintain a portfolio of leading brands and discover new partnership opportunities.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Account Management within the SaaS, banking, or fraud/financial technology sectors.

• Proven experience managing channel or enterprise accounts, including delivering QBRs and overseeing renewals.

• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue objectives through effective partnerships.

• A collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Accounting, and Engineering teams.

• Deep understanding of go-to-market channel strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to operate across various business units.

• Robust analytical and consulting skills, with proficiency in crafting content into persuasive narratives.

• Capability to organize and manage multiple company initiatives effectively.

• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environments.
