This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the widespread adoption and growth of Clinisys solutions within selected strategic client organizations.
• Act as the executive business leader for one or more key accounts.
• Convert long-term growth goals into coordinated actions across Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support.
• Take ownership of strategic alignment, growth strategies, targets, and the orchestration of operational programs for large-scale enterprise adoption.
• Develop and sustain multi-year strategies for enterprise adoption and growth.
• Propel deployment expansion across laboratories, business units, geographical areas, and operational functions.
• Identify obstacles to enterprise adoption and spearhead cross-functional initiatives to overcome them.
• Track growth opportunities, deployment progress, and the health of strategic accounts.
• Lead enterprise transformation projects and set up governance frameworks along with executive steering committees.
• Ensure internal investments and priorities align with customer transformation goals.
• Maintain multi-year transformation roadmaps that correspond with customer business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews, strategic planning meetings, and transformation steering sessions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and senior escalation point for customer leadership teams.
• Direct cross-functional execution across Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services, Support, Solution Architecture, Sales, and Account Management.
• Establish accountability and alignment regarding strategic customer objectives.
• Escalate risks and organizational constraints that may impact deployment success.
• Influence prioritization and resource allocation across various functions.
• Represent strategic customer priorities within internal planning procedures.
• Provide business context for decisions regarding roadmaps and investment prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to align delivery investments with future deployment opportunities.
• Advocate for scalable solutions that benefit strategic customers and the wider Clinisys customer base.
• Define and evaluate strategic success indicators, tracking adoption progress and transformation milestones.
• Govern the realization of value against business objectives and establish measurable outcomes.
• Develop corrective action plans if adoption objectives are at risk.
• Utilize generative AI, copilots, agentic workflows, predictive insights, and AI-enabled operating models for strategic planning and execution.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to understand customer adoption trends, deployment risks, and growth opportunities.
• Foster responsible AI adoption across client engagement and transformation initiatives.
• Assess emerging AI capabilities that could enhance client growth and transformation efforts.
• Over 10 years of experience in implementing and scaling enterprise software, preferably LIMS, LIS, lab informatics, or healthcare technology in laboratory, clinical, or healthcare environments.
• Proven experience leading multi-year transformation, modernization, or enterprise adoption projects.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusted relationships with VPs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders.
• Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, customer strategy, business operations, strategic account management, or customer success leadership.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations through influence.
• Ability to align commercial, operational, technical, and strategic goals across various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated application of generative AI to enhance planning, analysis, communication, decision-making, or execution.
• Strong business acumen that balances customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, Biology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred, along with a proven track record of program delivery.
• Experience in laboratories, healthcare, public health, environmental, life sciences, or regulated testing, with firsthand knowledge of customer challenges is preferred.
• Experience managing strategic global accounts with multi-site or multi-region deployments is preferred.
• Experience in influencing product strategy, roadmap investments, and prioritization with Product teams is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale change management and technology adoption initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS models, ARR growth, retention, platform adoption, and enterprise expansion is preferred.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics, automation, agentic workflows, or generative AI in customer-facing or operational leadership roles is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time may be required.
• Ability to perform moderate lifting/carrying of 15-44 lbs.; walking/standing for 2-6 hours; and using fingers.
• Exposure to hazardous materials or varying weather conditions.
• Travel to client locations that may pose risks associated with healthcare organizations.
