This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement strategies for revenue generation and market entry in the data center, hyperscale, colocation, AI infrastructure, and related sectors.
β’ Identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and cultivate new business opportunities.
β’ Initiate, develop, and secure strategic new client engagements.
β’ Enhance DISAβs market visibility through participation in conferences, events, associations, and networking initiatives.
β’ Build and sustain executive-level relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
β’ Oversee the sales process from initial contact and discovery to solution development, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding.
β’ Coordinate efforts across Revenue, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
β’ Establish and refine repeatable sales methodologies, market strategies, tools, and best practices.
β’ Act as an internal industry authority and provide education to leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Track pipeline, client acquisition, revenue outcomes, and market trends.
β’ Meet or surpass designated revenue growth and performance goals.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience is required.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic sales, market development, or similar commercial roles.
β’ More than 5 years of leadership experience in developing, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
β’ Proven success in formulating and executing go-to-market, market-entry, and business development strategies within the data center, hyperscale, colocation, AI infrastructure, and related industries.
β’ Preferred experience in building and engaging coalitions, industry consortia, standards organizations, trade associations, or other collaborative multi-party industry initiatives.
β’ Established relationships with executives and decision-makers and demonstrated industry credibility in the specialized market.
β’ Proven track record in leading complex business-to-business sales using consultative, relationship-driven sales methodologies.
β’ Advanced understanding of revenue generation and commercial strategy.
β’ Outstanding communication, presentation, and business storytelling capabilities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and other business productivity and task management tools.
β’ Regular travel is required, averaging about 25% and potentially increasing based on business needs.
β’ Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
β’ Capability to meet physical requirements, including sitting for up to 8 hours a day and occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs.
