This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage space and personnel relocation requests within the designated territory to enhance space efficiencies and align solutions with the client’s business lines and corporate real estate objectives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with client business lines to comprehend requirements and portfolio implications.

• Suggest enhancements to operational efficiency, service delivery, cost reduction, and asset utilization.

• Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management, and other members of the corporate real estate team.

• Develop alternatives, finalize project concepts, and prepare final documents for client endorsement.

• Act as the main client liaison for relocation requests and coordinate efforts with Move Managers.

• Supervise group relocations and those with specific needs, coordinating and presenting solutions to clients.

• Create migration plans and sequencing for group-level relocations in conjunction with Project and Move Managers.

• Compile planning data into approved PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and written formats for planning and handoff.

• Ensure that space management systems accurately reflect current occupancy and integrate site audit and project details.

• Maintain space management data that supports space allocation strategies.

• Review and either approve or suggest alternative recommendations for reconfiguration requests.

• Engage with Furniture Coordinators, Workplace Strategists, Move Managers, and Project Managers regarding FF&E scope and costs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate team setting.

• Experience in managing, coordinating, and executing daily service requests.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.

• Proficient in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and designs.

• Experience in developing site occupancy plans for both short-term and long-term scenarios, including supply and demand analysis, forecasted headcount, seat supply projections, supporting graphs, stacking plans, move scenarios, and scenario challenges/pros and cons.

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study, such as Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project Management, or Construction Management.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and IWMS systems like Serraview, Archibus, and iOffice.

• Proficient in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and designs.

• Working knowledge of office furniture systems.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and financial principles.

• Ability to monitor work and key metrics.

• Capacity to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
