This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the advancement and development of the Patient Support Services research program, including functional definitions and core service offerings.
• Drive new business initiatives with both existing and prospective clients while identifying tailored project opportunities.
• Enhance, adapt, and innovate services and offerings in collaboration with Patient Support Services and other TGaS practices.
• Engage in strategic planning activities and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain high service quality across all supported Patient Support Services clients.
• Offer thought leadership for value-driven selling, white papers, and public relations initiatives.
• Gather advisory service insights and data for benchmarking services, and refine deliverable formats.
• Co-manage and support Patient Support Services projects and benchmarks, which include conducting client-site interviews with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative client data for TGaS’ database and analytical purposes.
• Create benchmark reports that compare client resources and capabilities against peer companies and TGaS best practices, along with actionable recommendations.
• Provide strategic direction and coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Deliver value through Advisory Services, Virtual-How Network surveys, Client Summits, Landscapes, and ad hoc inquiries.
• Produce timely, high-quality deliverables for clients in collaboration with the Analytics/Operations team.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and follow up on semi-annual client summits.
• Mentor team members and assist with onboarding, peer reviews, and managerial responsibilities.
• Identify unmet market needs and spearhead the development or enhancement of solutions.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally approximately 25–40% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical patient support services.
• Experience working with or for emerging pharmaceutical companies and establishing patient support services department infrastructure is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Patient Support Services functions, including PSP/Hub management, FRM teams, affordability solutions, free goods programs, KPIs/reporting/data analytics, data sharing/data feeds, patient engagement and adherence programs, clinical nurse education programs, and patient services technology tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in preparing and supporting formal presentations for senior client audiences.
• Proven success in developing and managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable interacting with top executives and business unit leaders.
• Capable of consulting, problem-solving, working independently, and transforming complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Adaptable to change management and skilled in converting complex data requirements or ambiguous guidance into completed work.
• Residing in or near East Norriton/Philadelphia, PA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally approximately 25–40% of the time.
