This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a regional team of Solutions Consultants.
• Facilitate career advancement, skill enhancement, onboarding, coaching, field evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Ensure that Solutions Consultants are well-versed in industry use cases, platform functionalities, and product updates.
• Assist in recruitment efforts to build a diverse and high-performing team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify, develop, and support customer opportunities.
• Provide guidance on discovery processes, solution design, demonstrations, and value presentation for key enterprise deals.
• Communicate the value of Unified-CXM and the capabilities of the Sprinklr platform.
• Act as a solutions sponsor for specific accounts that require executive involvement.
• Propel regional go-to-market strategies and operational excellence alongside the Director of Solution Consulting.
• Work together with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams on messaging, positioning, and solution strategies.
• Offer insights to product managers and engineering teams based on field experiences, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Engage in product interlock processes, roadmap discussions, and feature prioritization.
• Arrange training sessions, disseminate best practices, and create reusable enablement materials.
• Enhance SC processes, playbooks, and methodologies.
• Contribute to onboarding and enablement initiatives.
• Initiate and support projects that improve SC capabilities, tools, or workflows.
• Monitor developments in AI, conversational technologies, Unified-CXM, social media, marketing, and service technologies.
• Guide Solutions Consultants in converting trends into customer-relevant insights and solution narratives.
• Represent the SC team at internal meetings, regional events, and customer workshops as necessary.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a related presales role within an enterprise software setting.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven success in supporting enterprise deals and delivering value-driven customer interactions.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of complex system design, enterprise architecture principles, and integrations.
• Acquaintance with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and contemporary SaaS platform technologies.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate within a matrixed environment.
• Experience in facilitating or contributing to discovery workshops, solution design sessions, or human-centered design methods is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Current and valid work authorization in the country where the position is located.
