Director, Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth, hands-on expertise of the entire platform, encompassing configuration options, workflows, integrations, and limitations.

• Act as the primary product resource for both internal teams and clients.

• Comprehend client challenges and the operational realities faced by sponsors, CROs, and sites.

• Facilitate structured discovery sessions to uncover both expressed and unexpressed requirements.

• Create customized solutions that align platform capabilities with study objectives.

• Develop and deliver personalized, narrative-driven demonstrations for clinical operations leaders and executives.

• Collaborate with Sales on RFPs, RFIs, sandbox evaluations, proposals, and project scoping.

• Function as the technical and operational expert during sales efforts.

• Provide structured client feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis to the Product team.

• Ensure smooth, well-documented transitions to Customer Success and implementation teams.

• Establish demo environments, use-case libraries, solution templates, and internal training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting or equivalent role, ideally within the clinical trials or healthcare technology field.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with a sponsor in support of clinical studies.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly terms.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with all aspects of study startup, enrollment, and conduct technologies/vendors utilized in clinical trials (preferred).

• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines (preferred).
